Iron Man

I'm trying to make an Iron man helmet for a fan flick. Any one have any suggestions?

cast it out of iron? of course then it would probably be so heavy it could kill the actor.

You could make one out of styrofoam or if yours is a comedy you could take a bucket and put eye slits in it.
