Do you know some kind of a site where all the military uniforms are listed, described and illustrated?

Go to a an Army/Navy surplus store. You can pick up a whole uniform for about $40-$50.
Getting a uniform to look real though will also require rank insigna, name tag, and unit patch. Those are not generally sold to civvies. You can find some older patches online if you look hard enough, Google is your friend.

I dont know of a site that lists ALL the uniforms. If you could break it down to what branch and situation the uniform is for, I may be able to help more.

its not so much the uniform that defines the different ranks, as it is the insignia on the soldier
here is a place that will have all the badges you need

just stick the right one on just about any military get up and you'll be ok.

This site has almost all the military Uniforms.
My suggestion would be to make your own, from modern military surplus, no one but real war buffs are going to notice that the Olive jacket your Nazi's are wearing are slighty off-tinge for the Jackets of the time.

Any good Amrmy/Navy surplus store will have full uniforms you can buy, including boots, for a total of $40 - $50. They SHOULD also have patches you can buy, but you won't really need those. Only people in the military or military buffs will know the difference. Just go on google and type in "Army Navy Surplus + (Your town name)"
