Lol, i don't get you weird Americans, how couldnt you pronounce Gryphern? u said like gyrophern... In fonetiks: Grajfoern!

I have no idea how to pronounce that. even phoneticly it doesnt make sence to me. However, I believe Gryphern is pronounced Griff-urn.

I agree, grajfoern seems way off and isnt written phonetically either, I thought the name was pronounced Griff-urn aswell but i guess the only way to find out is ask gryphern!
so...how do you pronounce your name???

Gryphern hasnt logged on since 10/13/07 or 13/10 for all you non US Mogulers. I just sent him/her a PM about it.

Hmm, oe is how to pronounce ö. You just don't get how to pronounce the phonetiks. If you had Öö, Åå and Ää in english an American everything would be much easier!

Luckily, I've been to Norway a few times so I know what your talking about.

i guess its pretty hard to figure this out when different languages/accents pronounce thing different ways...well just have to wai till gryphern writes back to syxxgage

not that, what i mean is that u take the R after the second letter wich makes it gyrphern but the R is the second letter and should be pronounced after the G. You get what i mean?

I understand what you mean but thats just the way steve pronounced it.
im a native english speaker and i would pronounce the 'r' after the 'g'. and the 'y' like an 'i'
