Question Clay its an alternative to liquid Latex

I will know if polimer clay rappresent a cheap alternative to liquid latex for making fake wounds and a spirit gum alternative....

While theoretically you could use Elmer's glue and toliet paper as an effective replacement for liquid latex in many application, utilizing it for something as large as a mask would be particularly troublesome.

Not saying it's not possible, I just question if the advantages of elmer's glue are applicable in this situation.

Could it? I think it most likely could, it'd be difficult and the mask wouldn't last long, but I don't see why it couldn't be utilized in a very simple application.

You could try to use latex caulk! I acturally use that alot in building Halloween stuff. It can take a bit to dry, but it can make decent fake demon skin or whatever. I also use it as a caoting for tombstones, and rocks and all kinds of stuff. Its pretty cheap, less then $2 for a tube, and I find it very versatile!
